2015年伊始,国家工商行政管理总局公布了《侵害消费者权益行为处罚办法》(以下简称《处罚办法》’),为我国消费者权益保护法律制度的完善又增添了浓重的一笔,使我国消费者维权又多有了一个新武器和一份新的法律保障,也是新的一年我国消费法制建设的一件大事。《处罚办法》将于今年3月15日《消费者权益保护法》生效一周年之际正式实施,必将助推我国消费维权事业
