目的了解用于血管检查医用诊断X射线透视机的防护和质量控制情况,及对工作人员剂量的影响,为防护工作提供科学依据。方法回顾性调查2007年监测的用于血管检查的医用诊断X射线的防护状况。结果机器性能检测其各项检测项目平均合格率为96.2%,其中病人体表空气比释动能率的合格率最高为98.5%,影像增强器自动亮度控制系统的合格率最低为88.9%。本次调查中机房防护设施的各项指标中,机房面积和通风状况基本符合国家标准,但电离辐射标志和工作指示灯的设置状况不是很好。工作人员和助手的胸部和腹部所受剂量要普遍高于其他部位。结论今后工作重点应放在X射线机房的防护设施和工作人员的防护。
Objective To understand the protection and quality control of medical diagnostic X-ray machines used for vascular examination and the impact on the dosage of staff, so as to provide a scientific basis for protection work. Methods Retrospective investigation was conducted on the status of medical diagnostic X-ray protection for vascular examination monitored in 2007. Results The average pass rate of each test item was 96.2%. The pass rate of surface air kerma was 98.5% and the lowest pass rate of image intensifier automatic brightness control system was 88.9%. In this survey, among the indicators of the protective equipment in the engine room, the area and ventilation of the engine room are basically in line with the national standards, but the setting of ionizing radiation signs and working lights is not very good. The doses to the chest and abdomen of staff and assistants are generally higher than those of other parts. Conclusion The focus of work in the future should be placed on the protection facilities and staff protection of X-ray equipment room.
