目的:分析在没有独立运动准直器或不制作整体挡铅的情况下,采用一种改进的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术的优点和精确性。方法:用改进等中心照射定位技术和传统等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果进行比较,说明其差异。结果:采用改进后的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果误差在2%~3%之间,传统的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术手工计算剂量与计划系统计算的结果误差在3%~7%之间。结论:在没有独立运动准直器或不制作整体挡铅的情况下,改进后的乳腺切线野等中心照射定位技术是比较精确的定位方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the advantages and precision of using an improved center-of-breast centering technique for mammography without the need for an independent motion collimator or without making a complete block of lead. Methods: The difference between manual dose calculation and planning system calculation by using the improved isocenter irradiation technique and the traditional isocenter irradiation technique was compared. Results: The error of manual calculation of dosage and planning system was 2% ~ 3% using the improved method of centering of the tumor tangential field center. The result of the error between 3% to 7%. Conclusion: In the absence of an independent motion collimator or without making a block of lead, the improved technique of location of the center of the tangential field of the mammary gland is a more accurate method of localization.
