膏盐地层固井质量不易保证已早有共识 ,江汉油田油气井在生产过程中套管损坏也多与固井质量有关。这里膏盐层发育 ,且大都与储层共存 ,给钻井、固井施工带来很大困难 ,可塑性岩类埋藏达到一定深度后 ,在其上覆岩层的压力下会产生塑性流动 ,导致套管损坏。文章全面总结了过去固井失败的原因、机理、多年来积累的解决这一问题的办法、经验 ,根据江汉油田的地质特征 ,以江汉盐湖盆地的平均上覆地层压力为依据设计套管强度 ,提出了以盐治盐 ,用半饱和盐水水泥浆固井等 9个方面提高固井质量的措施 ,收到很好效果。
