浙江岛屿众多,岛上人口达140万,长期以来饮水一直是个难题,至今仍有204个岛上的近40万居民生活用水存在困难。过去虽曾采取水利措施增加了一些岛屿的可供水量,但因岛上溪小坡陡,岩石裸露,蓄水能力弱,孤立分散以及余缺不能调剂等原因,至今依然未能有效地解决这些岛屿的饮水问题。 最近浙江省水利厅农水总站与舟山市水利围垦局等单位合作,对屋顶接水工程进行了试验,得出不同屋向结构的径流系数和最佳水仓容积,并研制出一整套结构简单、施工方便、投资省的“家庭供水系统”。预计,如将此项成果用于海岛生活用水开发,会十分有效。
