随着“微”时代的到来,微视频作为一种新型的传播方式,得到了大家的肯定和推广。在山西省“国培计划(2014)”——“关于山西省农村中小学教师置换脱产研修培训项目”的实施过程中我们发现,集中面授的方式不仅会占用大家较长的时间,而且很难为学习者的后续学习形成良好的支持。因此,本文将企业中运用较为广泛的微培训引入大同地区的教师培训中,并提出了基于微视频的微培训资源的设计方案,同时以大同地区部分国培人员的培训现状调查为基础做了一个案例介绍。希望本研究能丰富教师培训方式,促进教师培训效果的提升。

At the same time, based on the investigation of training status of some national training personnel in Datong area A case introduction. It is hoped that this study can enrich teacher training methods and promote teacher training effectiveness.
