对比分析 3× 0 2 0 +6× 0 35HT和 3+9+1 5× 0 2 2 +0 1 5钢丝帘线的结构和性能 ,并以前者替代后者在1 0 0 0R2 0 1 6PR载重子午线轮胎带束层中进行试验。结果表明 ,使用 3× 0 2 0 +6× 0 35HT钢丝帘线可以降低胎肩和胎圈部位的应力 ,提高轮胎的综合性能 ,每条轮胎可减小质量 1kg ,节约原材料费用 30元左右
The structure and properties of 3 × 0 2 0 + 6 × 0 35HT and 3 + 9 + 1 5 × 0 2 2 +0 1 5 steel cords were compared and analyzed, and the former was replaced by the latter at 1 0 0 0R 2 0 1 6PR load Radial tire belt test. The results show that the use of 3 × 0 2 0 +6 × 0 35HT steel cord can reduce the stress of the shoulder and bead parts to improve the overall performance of the tire, each tire can reduce the mass of 1kg, saving raw materials costs about 30 yuan
