含3%P的高磷半钢是含Nb含P铁水在氧气底吹转炉提铌时获得的半成品。本文叙述5t氧气底吹转炉喷粉吹炼含3%P的半钢的试验结果。结果表明,在氧气底吹转炉内随氧流喷吹石灰粉冶炼3%P的高磷半钢能顺利的炼成质量良好的低碳钢,并得到含P_2O_521.78%的高磷渣。吹炼过程平稳,脱碳与脱磷同时进行,石灰用量少,金属收得率较顶吹转炉高。并达到了复合矿石综合利用的目的。并对高磷半钢喷吹石灰粉脱磷的一些问题进行了探讨。
High-phosphorus semi-steel containing 3% P is a semi-finished product obtained by adding niobium-containing P molten iron to niobium in an oxygen bottom-blowing converter. This paper describes the results of a 5t oxygen bottom blowing converter blasting semi-steel containing 3% P. The results show that the high phosphorus semi - steel with 3% P powder can be successfully formed by blowing lime powder in the oxygen - bottom converter and the high quality phosphorus slag containing 521.78% P 2 O 5 can be obtained successfully. Blowing process smooth, decarburization and dephosphorization at the same time, less lime, metal recovery rate higher than the top blowing converter. And reached the purpose of comprehensive utilization of composite ore. Some problems about dephosphorization of high-phosphorus semi-steel injection lime powder were also discussed.
