通过对一线农村教师同伴互助情况进行调研,发现不同群体对同伴互助的理解、互助中的个性化需求、互助的深度和广度等方面都存在差异或显著差异。建议在正确理解同伴互助、尊重不同教师的差异的基础上开展同伴互助活动,在完善与创新常规教研活动中推进同伴互助活动。
Through the research on the mutual aid situation of peer teachers in frontline rural teachers, it is found that there are differences or significant differences among different groups in their understanding of peer mutual aid, individualized needs in mutual aid, depth and breadth of mutual aid. It is suggested to carry out peer assistance activities based on the correct understanding of peer assistance and respect for differences among different teachers so as to promote peer mutual aid activities in the improvement and innovation of routine teaching and research activities.
