技术支持的教师专业发展在中国近十年基础教育信息化实践中存在着四种类型:政府主导的网络培训、民间合作的教学网站、政府引导的教育博客、以及教师个体的自主研修。这四种形式的历史角色、运作机制各不相同。通过回顾这四种类型的典型案例,也可以看出技术支持教师专业发展方式的多样性、受技术发展规律的影响以及技术在教师专业发展中所起的作用等特点,同时提醒我们注意不要盲目追逐新技术而应更重视技术的深化应用等问题。
Professional Development of Teachers for Technical Support There are four types of basic education informatization practices in China in the past decade: government-led online training, private collaborative teaching websites, government-led educational blogs, and independent training of individual teachers. The four types of historical roles and operating mechanisms are different. By reviewing these four typical cases, we can also see the diversity of professional support teachers in technical development, the influence of technological development laws and the role of technology in teachers’ professional development, and remind us not to blindly Chasing new technologies should pay more attention to the deepening application of technology and other issues.
