报道了日本ADD公司为一种目标发动机开发的新的喷涂陶瓷的气缸套和活塞环的性能特点以及川崎重工业公司的Akashi研究所为该发动机开发的新的活塞环密封方法——空气喷射密封法。试验结果表明:采用新工艺的陶瓷喷涂气缸套和活塞环的磨损率大为降低,平均寿命可延长一倍以上;新的活塞环密封方法亦具有减轻顶环压力负荷和积污,避免燃气窜入曲轴箱等优点。
Reported on the performance characteristics of a new porcelain-coated cylinder liner and piston ring developed by Japan’s ADD Company for a target engine and a new piston ring seal method developed for the engine by the Akashi Institute of Kawasaki Heavy Industries-Air Jet Seal . The test results show that the wear rate of the ceramic coating cylinder liner and the piston ring adopting the new process is greatly reduced and the average life span can be prolonged by more than one time. The new piston ring sealing method also has the advantages of relieving the pressure load and the accumulation of the top ring, Into the crankcase and other advantages.
