目的 探讨胃癌中E2F 3的表达与临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化技术对 4 9例人原发性胃癌癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中E2F 3的表达进行检测 ,通过统计学方法研究其表达情况以及与肿瘤分期、病理分型、淋巴结转移、侵袭深度之间的相互关系。结果 E2F 3在癌组织与癌旁正常黏膜中的阳性表达率为 16 33% (8/ 4 9)和 75 5 1% (37/ 4 9) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1)。癌组织、癌旁正常黏膜中E2F 3的表达在不同的临床病理特征之间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 胃癌中E2F 3低表达 ,且E2F 3低表达是胃癌发生中的早期关键步骤。
Objective To investigate the expression of E2F 3 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of E2F 3 in 49 cases of primary gastric cancer and adjacent normal mucosa. The expression of E2F 3 was studied by statistical methods and correlated with tumor stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis, The relationship between the depth of invasion. Results The positive rates of E2F 3 expression in cancer tissues and adjacent normal mucosa were 16 33% (8/49) and 75 5 1% (37/49) respectively, with significant difference (P 0 01) . There was no significant difference in the expression of E2F 3 in cancerous tissues and adjacent normal mucosa between different clinicopathological features (P> 0.05). Conclusion The low expression of E2F 3 in gastric cancer and the low expression of E2F 3 are the early key steps in the development of gastric cancer.
