以羊角椒不育系O-6、O-9为试材,采用分期播种方法,在盛花期分别对两份雄性不育试材5个发育时期(造孢细胞时期、花粉母细胞时期、四分体时期、单核小孢子时期、成熟花粉粒时期)花药的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量进行测定。结果表明:随着播种时间的后移,同生育期的花药中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量均呈下降趋势,在造孢细胞时期含量最高。但同一播期的不同发育期的花蕾中可溶性糖含量是先上升后下降,在四分体时期含量最高,O-6为2.17mg/g·FW,O-9为1.23 mg/g·FW。
The male sterile lines O-6 and O-9 were used as experimental material. Five stages of male sterile materials (sporulation stage, pollen mother cell stage, Soluble sugar, free proline content of anthers during the period of the segregation, the microspore stage of mononuclear nuclei and the stage of mature pollen grains. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline in anthers at the same growth stage all decreased with the sowing time backward, and reached the peak at the stage of sporulation. But at the same sowing date, the content of soluble sugar in flower buds increased and then decreased at the different developmental stages. The content of O-6 was 2.17mg / g FW and O-9 was 1.23 mg / g FW in the tetrad stage.
