本研究通过白云石粉和三种病毒吸附孵育,探究其体外抗病毒效用。将RSV病毒、HSV-I病毒、EV-71病毒同加热后的白云石粉在37℃孵育1h,进行体外抗病毒实验,MTT染色后测量其吸光度,计算各病毒的TCID50及经孵育处理病毒的TCID50。结果显示,通过测定得出经白云石粉孵育后,3种病毒毒力均有下降,其中EV-71病毒毒力下降1 258.92倍。加热白云石粉末具有体外抗病毒效果。
In this study, dolomite powder and three kinds of virus adsorption incubation to explore its antiviral effect in vitro. The virus of RSV virus, HSV-I virus and EV-71 virus were incubated with heated dolomite powder at 37 ℃ for 1h. The anti-virus activity in vitro was tested. The absorbance was measured after MTT staining. The TCID50 of each virus and the TCID50 . The results showed that the virulence of the three viruses decreased after incubation with dolomite powder, and the virulence of EV-71 virus decreased by 1 258.92 folds. Heating dolomite powder has an antiviral effect in vitro.
