本刊讯为贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会关于“支持发展慈善事业”、“创新社会治理”等要求,民政部和全国工商联日前联合下发了《关于鼓励支持民营企业积极投身公益慈善事业的意见》。改革开放特别是进入新世纪以来,广大民营企业积极履行社会责任、主动投身慈善事业,成为我国公益慈善事业的主体力量。自2007年有全国性的捐赠统计以来,民营企业的捐赠数额一直都占据企业捐赠总量的一半以上。2012年,民营企业捐赠量为275.06亿元,占企业捐赠总量的57.98%。同时,民营企业广泛开展救助灾害、救孤济困、扶老助残等慈善活动,积极投身教育、科学、文化、卫生、体育、环境保护等公益事业,为我国慈善事业发展作出了突出贡献;民营企业和民营企业家也成为获得“中华慈善奖”最多的部门和个人。

In 2012, the amount donated by private enterprises was 27.56 billion yuan, accounting for 57.98% of the total amount donated by enterprises. At the same time, private-owned enterprises carried out charitable activities such as disaster relief, poverty alleviation, helping the aged and helping the disabled, and actively engaged in public welfare undertakings such as education, science, culture, public health, sports and environmental protection and made outstanding contributions to the development of charities in our country. Businesses and private entrepreneurs have also become departments and individuals that receive the “China Charity Award” most.
