Constant spring型血红蛋白H病(简称Cs型HbH病)自1971年发现以来,国内报导不多,现将我院发现一例报道如下:汤××、女、18岁、广西博白县籍,汉族,住院号79725。患者自幼贫血,因诊断不明于82年3月入院。体检:发育略差,智力佳,中度贫血貌,有臀状头,巩膜轻度黄染,心肺正常,肝肋下2cm,脾肋下5cm。实验室检查:Hb4.5克,RBC208万,WBC6300,BPC:9万,血片中可见头盔状、三角状畸型
Constant spring hemoglobin H disease (referred to as Cs HbH disease) since its discovery in 1971, few domestic reports, now found in our hospital a case reported as follows: soup × ×, female, 18 years old, Guangxi Bobai County, Han nationality, Hospital number 79725. Patients with anemia since childhood, due to unknown diagnosis in March 1982 admitted to hospital. Physical examination: slightly worse development, good intelligence, moderate anemia appearance, a crested head, scleral mild yellow dye, normal heart and lung, liver ribs 2cm, 5cm spleen ribs. Laboratory tests: Hb4.5 grams, RBC208 million, WBC6300, BPC: 90,000, blood film can be seen in the helmet-like, triangular deformity
