国家重振东北的战略的提出有他充分的论据,中国前25年经济增长主要是东部沿海拉动,中部和西部贡献不大,再往后它的速度会下来,东南沿海增长速度下来,我们跟上来的就是欠发达地区。做为一个大国我国还有中部和西部欠发达地区。它那个25年过去以后,我们中部要享受25年。大国经济他有一个梯度。我们提出西部开发战略是合时宜的,有他的历史机会,很难想象中国的现代化只是在东南沿海,我们整个国家民族的经济腾飞一定要靠西部。
