目的了解高校教师中40岁以上人群糖代谢异常的发生率。方法调查了2012年成都市某高校1 934名年龄≥40岁的教师血糖值。结果高校教师中空腹血糖受损(impaired fasting blood glucose IFG)患病率为32.3%,糖尿病(diabetes mellitus DM)患病率为12.9%,均有随年龄和时间增长的趋势,高于既往研究,且50岁以后是IFG高发年龄(P<0.05),60岁以后是DM高发年龄(P<0.05),不同性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高校教师中糖代谢异常的高患病率值得我们重视,尤其对IFG人群的干预。
Objective To understand the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism among college teachers over 40 years of age. Methods A total of 1 934 teachers aged 40 or over in a university in Chengdu in 2012 were surveyed. Results The prevalence of impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG) in college teachers was 32.3% and the prevalence of diabetes mellitus was 12.9%, both of which increased with age and time. Compared with previous studies, (P <0.05) after 50 years of age, and the age of onset of DM after 60 years of age (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the sexes (P> 0.05). Conclusion The high prevalence of abnormal glucose metabolism among college teachers deserves our attention, especially for IFG population.
