目的 研究多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)肺耐药蛋白 (LRP)在人恶性黑色素瘤转移淋巴结组织中的表达及其与以顺铂、氮唏咪胺为主的联合化疗 (PDBV)疗效的关系。方法 免疫组织化学技术对石蜡包埋组织标本进行检测。结果 2 6例晚期恶性黑色素瘤患者转移性淋巴结组织中MRP、LRP表达阳性检出率为 3 8.5 % ( 10 / 2 6)和 69.2 % ( 18/ 2 6)。MRP表达与PDBV化疗疗效无显著相关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而LRP阳性表达者化疗有效率明显低于阴性者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MRP、LRP在人恶性黑色素瘤转移性淋巴结组织中有一定程度表达 ,检测LRP表达对临床用药的指导可能有意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP) lung resistance protein (LRP) in human malignant melanoma metastasis lymph node tissues and its effect on combination chemotherapy with cisplatin and trandipineamide (PDBV). relationship. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect paraffin-embedded tissue specimens. Results The positive rate of MRP and LRP expression in metastatic lymph node tissues of 36 patients with advanced malignant melanoma was 38.5% (10 / 26) and 69.2% (18 / 26). There was no significant correlation between the expression of MRP and the efficacy of PDBV chemotherapy (P > 0.05), but the effective rate of chemotherapy with LRP positive expression was significantly lower than that of negative (P < 0.05). Conclusion MRP and LRP are expressed to a certain degree in metastatic lymph nodes of human malignant melanoma. It may be of significance to detect the expression of LRP in clinical treatment.
