奖励旅游是协助企业达到特定目标,并对达到该目标的参与人士给予一个难以忘记的旅游假期作为奖励。其在中国有很大的发展空间,亟需各方努力推动才能发展壮大。本文分析其存在的问题,并提出解决对策。
Incentive travel is to help businesses meet specific goals and to reward those who have reached that goal with an unforgettable vacation. It has great room for development in China and it urgently needs all parties to strive to promote development and growth. This article analyzes the existing problems and proposes solutions.
