目的探究观察二甲双胍治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年11月至2015年11月期间我院收治的58例早期糖尿病患者,按照随机分组原则将患者分为两组,每组各29例。参照组给予运动干预及饮食控制的常规治疗措施,而研究组在此基础上还采取二甲双胍治疗,经过一段时间的治疗后,观察比较两组取得的疗效,并对比分析两组发生不良反应情况。结果研究组有效23例,显效5例,总有效率为96.55%(28/29);参照组有效15例,显效6例,总有效率为72.41%(21/29),研究组总有效率明显优于参照组,且对比差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。参照组患者中不良反应发生率为3.45%(3/29),而研究组患者中无不良反应,差异(P>0.05)无统计学意义。研究组患者糖尿病的发生率为3.45%(1/29),参照组患者糖尿病的发生率为27.57%(8/29)。比较后可知,研究组的糖尿病发生率要显著低于参照组,且对比差异(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论结合二甲双胍对早期糖尿病患者的治疗有极大的作用,可显著改善患者的血糖水平,可有效控制糖尿病的发生,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin in the treatment of early stage diabetes. Methods Fifty-eight patients with early-stage diabetes admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization, with 29 patients in each group. The reference group was given conventional interventions for exercise intervention and diet control. On the basis of this, the study group also took metformin treatment. After a period of treatment, the curative effect was observed and compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The study group was effective in 23 cases, markedly effective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 96.55% (28/29); the reference group was effective in 15 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, the total effective rate was 72.41% (21/29) Which was significantly better than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 3.45% (3/29), while no adverse reactions were found in the study group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence of diabetes was 3.45% (1/29) in the study group and 27.57% (8/29) in the reference group. After comparison, the incidence of diabetes mellitus in the study group was significantly lower than the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined with metformin on the treatment of patients with early diabetes have a tremendous role, can significantly improve the patient’s blood glucose levels, which can effectively control the occurrence of diabetes, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
