以悬浮床加氢水溶性催化剂前体水溶液作为溶剂、以起泡剂作为溶质,制备胶质气体泡沫(CGA),并对其结构和稳定性进行了探讨;以辽河常压渣油和委内瑞拉常压渣油为原料油,对CGA分散水溶性催化剂的分散效果进行了光学显微镜观察,并评价了其悬浮床加氢反应的性能。结果表明,与催化剂前体水溶液直接分散相比,CGA分散的辽河常压渣油悬浮床加氢的生焦率由2.33%降至1.67%,委内瑞拉常压渣油的生焦率由2.74%降至2.05%;馏分油收率有所提高。
The structure and stability of gelled gas foam (CGA) were studied by using the aqueous solution of water-soluble catalyst precursor in suspension bed as solvent and the foaming agent as solute. The effects of Liaohe atmospheric residue and Venezuela Residue oil was used as raw material oil, and the dispersion effect of CGA dispersed water-soluble catalyst was observed by light microscope. The performance of the suspension bed hydrogenation reaction was evaluated. The results showed that the coking rate of CGA dispersed Liaohe atmospheric residue in suspension bed decreased from 2.33% to 1.67% as compared with the direct dispersion of catalyst precursor aqueous solution. The coke yield of Venezuela atmospheric residue from 2.74% To 2.05%; distillate yield has increased.
