充分应用GIS技术,选择立地条件、剖面组成、理化性状、土壤管理等4大因素9项基本要素作为评价指标,建成淮安市淮阴区耕地资源质量管理信息系统。根据耕地生产性能综合指数(IFI),采用累积频率曲线法,将淮阴区6.47万hm2耕地划分为4个等级,并结合生产需要,进行淮阴区耕地地力评价与中低产田改良专题分析,分析淮阴区区域耕地利用途径和利用保证措施。
Based on GIS technology, nine basic factors including site conditions, section composition, physical and chemical properties and soil management were selected as evaluation indexes to establish the information system of cultivated land quality management in Huaiyin District of Huai’an City. Based on IFI of cultivated land, Cumulative frequency curve method was used to divide 64 700 hm2 of arable land in Huaiyin District into four grades. According to the production needs, the paper analyzed the evaluation of arable land productivity and the improvement of middle and low yield fields in Huaiyin area, Ways and Utilization Guarantee Measures of Cultivated Land Use in the District.
