本文用因子分析法测定了混合氨基酸体系中的物种数及各物种的含量,得到了较好的结果,并就测定波段及波长间隔等问题进行了讨论. In this paper, the number of species in the mixed amino acid system and the content of each species were determined by factorial analysis, and the better results were obtained. The problems such as the determination of wavelength band and wavelength interval were also discussed.
