In 1993， introduced by Karl-Heinz Gass， a German friend ofthe CPAFFC and a recipient of itstitle of Friendship Ambassador， theVilla Musica Foundation （VMF）of Rheinland-Pfalz in Germanyestablished working contact with theCultural Exchange Department of theCPAFFC.
