[病例451] 患者30岁,男。病历:患者是我熟人的大儿子,在日本东北地方工作。患者的秃发发病于1965年9月中旬。头发纷纷秃掉。在该地的大医院治疗无效。患者来我院看病。我让他服柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤,同时还服医院开的西药。服数日后由于症状加剧而停用。从10月起接受了医院的皮质激素治疗。 [Case 451] The patient is 30 years old and male. Medical records: The patient is the oldest son of my acquaintance who works in the Northeast of Japan. The baldness of the patient occurred in mid-September 1965. Hair bald. The treatment in a large hospital in the area was ineffective. The patient came to our hospital for medical treatment. I asked him to serve Chaihu plus keel oyster soup and also took the western medicine that the hospital opened. A few days later the service was stopped due to the increased symptoms. Since October, the hospital has received corticosteroid treatment.
