本文报告了桂林卫生检疫局1990～1995年涉外婚姻医学检查2040名,检出有疾病者460人,检出率22.55%。其中传染病(包括RPR、HBsAg、GPT阳性,尖锐湿疣,皮肤病及外阴炎症等)290人,阳性率为14.21%,占检出疾病总数的63.04%。非传染病170人,包括高血压、心脏病、肝、胆、肾疾病等,阳性率为8.33%,占检出疾病的36.94%。尚未发现遗传性疾病和精神病患者。作者对与涉外婚姻的有关问题进行探讨。
This paper reports from 2040 maternity and marriage medical examinations of Guilin Health and Quarantine Bureau from 1990 to 1995, with 460 cases of diseases detected, with a detection rate of 22.55%. Among them, there were 290 infectious diseases (including RPR, HBsAg, GPT positive, condyloma acuminatum, dermatosis and vulvar inflammation) with the positive rate of 14.21%, accounting for 63.04% of the total number of detected diseases. 170 cases of non-communicable diseases, including hypertension, heart disease, liver, gallbladder, kidney disease, the positive rate was 8.33%, accounting for 36.94% of the detected disease. No genetic and psychiatric patients have been found. The author discusses the issues related to foreign marriage.
