研究了沪紫黑糯1号在7种不同采收期(即授粉至采收分别为16、18、20、22、24、26 d和28 d时)的性状指标变化。结果表明:不同采收期处理对穗长、穗粗、出籽率、百粒重4个性状都有显著影响。适宜采收期是授粉至采收20~24d,最佳采收期是授粉至采收22d左右,此时沪紫黑糯1号的穗长、穗粗、单穗重、出籽率、百粒重、糯性和鲜食品质总评分分别为17.3cm、5.3cm、258.4g、67.45%、36.35g、17.0分和92.5分,鲜果穗完全转色,乌黑发亮。
The changes of the traits of Shanghai purple black waxy 1 in seven different harvesting periods (ie pollination till harvest at 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 d and 28 d) were studied.
