目的:以Kissinger方程测定扑热息痛的热降解活化能方法:应用差示扫描量热法研究甘草酸钾与复方扑热息痛的相互作用。结果:活化能为405.80kJ/mol。结论:甘草酸钾与扑热息痛、扑尔敏之间无相互作用,可以配伍。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the thermal degradation activation energy of paracetamol by Kissinger equation: The interaction between potassium glycyrrhizinate and paracetamol was studied by differential scanning calorimetry. Result: The activation energy is 405.80 kJ / mol. Conclusion: There is no interaction between potassium glycyrrhizinate and paracetamol and chlorpheniramine, which can be compatible.
