《07规则》已经执行近一年,因为《07规则》是在《04规则》的基础上进行修改的,其内容变动不大,只是在个别条款上做了些强调、补充与修改。从近一年门球活动的实践看,广大球友已熟读规则,正确理解规则精神,并在比赛中坚决贯彻执行。但也有少数地方与个别球友,对《07规则》的精神理解不深,“土政策”仍然存在,在各种比赛中竟出现了不按规则条文执法或不服从裁判判决的现象,更有甚者在全国性比赛中竞发生了罢赛,干扰比赛正常进行的不良行为。基此,我认为对《07规则》进行深入系统的学习与研究是十分必要的。 “Rule 07” has been implemented for nearly a year, because “Rule 07” is based on the “Rule 04” to be modified, its contents change little, but made some emphasis on individual terms, additions and modifications. Based on this, I think it is necessary to conduct an in-depth systematic study and study of the “07 Rules.”
