对AZ80镁合金进行了平面应变等温压缩试验,并对压缩试样进行了时效处理。对不同变形条件下压缩试样的组织与力学性能进行了分析,并对压缩试样及压缩+时效处理试样的组织性能进行了比较。结果表明,AZ80镁合金通过热变形,其抗拉强度均有不同程度的提高。时效处理对压缩试样的性能影响不大,主要是由于压缩后试样在水冷过程中,析出部分第二相起到了弥散强化效果。在本实验范围内,AZ80镁合金在低温区结合大的变形量进行压缩变形后水冷,可获得较高的抗拉强度。
The plane strain isothermal compression test of AZ80 magnesium alloy was carried out, and the compressive sample was aged. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the compressive specimens under different deformation conditions were analyzed. The microstructure and properties of the compressive specimens and the compressive + aging specimens were compared. The results show that the tensile strength of AZ80 magnesium alloy increases with different degrees through thermal deformation. Aging treatment of the compressive properties of the sample has little effect, mainly due to compression of the sample in the water-cooled process, precipitated part of the second phase played a dispersion strengthening effect. Within the scope of this experiment, AZ80 magnesium alloy is water-cooled after compressive deformation combined with a large amount of deformation in a low temperature zone, thereby obtaining a higher tensile strength.
