目的探讨丹皮与关木通配伍的减毒作用。方法比较关木通单煎和丹皮与关木通配伍的减毒效果,检测溶液中马兜铃酸的含量;进行动物实验,研究关木通单煎液和配伍液大鼠肾功能指标的变化情况。结果配伍后的溶液中马兜铃酸单位含量明显降低,大鼠灌胃后明显较单煎液灌胃能减轻肾功能损害。结论丹皮与关木通配伍可以减轻或抑制关木通的肾毒性作用。
Objective To explore the attenuation effect of compatibility of Danpi and Guanmutong. Methods To compare the attenuating effects of Guanmutong Danbian and Danpi with Guanmutong, and to detect the contents of aristolochic acid in solution. The animal experiments were conducted to study the change of renal function of Guanmutong Decoction and compatibility liquid rats. Results The contents of aristolochic acid in the solution after compatibility were significantly lower than those in the single decoction after gavage, which could reduce renal dysfunction. Conclusions The combination of Danpi and Guanmutong can reduce or inhibit the renal toxicity of Guanmutong.
