为探究胶结充填体力学特性与填充次数之间的变化规律,以某金矿分级尾砂和胶固料为原料,设置灰砂质量分数为65%,70%,72%和75%,填充次数分别为1,2,3和4制作不同分层胶结充填体试件并进行单轴压缩试验.结果表明:充填体抗压强度与填充次数之间满足多项式函数关系.抗压强度随灰砂质量分数增大而增大,随填充次数的增多而减小;割线模量与填充次数呈幂函数分布并随填充次数增多而逐渐减小.而分层充填体的破坏模式则以共轭剪切破坏和贯穿分层面的张拉破坏为主.
In order to explore the variation regularity between mechanical properties and filling times of cemented filling bodies, the graded sand and cementitious materials of a gold mine were used as raw materials to set the mass fraction of gray sand to 65%, 70%, 72% and 75% 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively, and uniaxial compression tests were carried out.The results show that the relation between the compressive strength and filling times of the filling body satisfies the polynomial function.The compressive strength varies with the sand quality The fraction increases and then increases, and decreases with the increase of filling times.
