本文研究转型期我国企业组织结构与组织绩效的关系,把组织结构分成规范化、协调机制、权力分配3个维度,从3个角度研究组织结构与绩效的关系:(1)研究我国企业组织结构是否对绩效存在独立的、可区分的影响;(2)研究组织结构与环境匹配对绩效的影响作用;(3)研究不同规模的组织,组织结构与环境匹配对绩效影响的差异。研究表明,规范化、协调机制对绩效的有显著正向影响。环境不确定性增加,企业采取规范化程度低、协调机制高的组织结构与环境匹配,可以获得更高的绩效。对于规模大的企业,组织结构与环境匹配对绩效的影响更显著;对规模小的企业,环境对绩效有直接、显著的影响。
This paper studies the relationship between organizational structure and organizational performance in the transitional period. It divides the organizational structure into three dimensions: standardization, coordination mechanism and power distribution. It studies the relationship between organizational structure and performance from three aspects: (1) (2) To study the impact of organizational structure and environment matching on performance; (3) To study the difference of organizational performance and environment matching on performance impact on different scales. Research shows that standardization and coordination mechanisms have a significant positive impact on performance. Increasing environmental uncertainty, enterprises to take a low degree of standardization, high coordination mechanism of the organizational structure and the environment match, you can get higher performance. For large-scale enterprises, organizational structure and environmental matching have more significant impact on performance; for small-scale enterprises, the environment has a direct and significant impact on performance.
