社团作为大学最主要的自治组织机构,丰富了校园生活,提升了学生的职业能力。计算机社团可以帮助学校解决许多实际问题,提升学生的实践技能,符合当前的应用型实践性人才培养的宗旨。如何充分发挥计算机社团的作用,全面提升学生的就业能力,是每个计算机教师的责任和义务。从自身实际情况出发,探讨了计算机社团在学生就业能力培养中的作用,以期为社团管理和培养提供理论依据。
As the most important self-governing organization in universities, the community enriches the campus life and enhances students’ professional ability. Computer societies can help schools solve many practical problems and enhance students’ practical skills, in line with the current purpose of practical practical talents training. How to give full play to the role of the computer community, and comprehensively enhance the employability of students, is the responsibility and obligation of every computer teacher. Based on its actual conditions, this paper discusses the role of computer societies in the training of students’ employability so as to provide a theoretical basis for the management and training of community organizations.
