农村作为城市发展的重要基地,其稳定一直是和谐社会的重要组成部分,近年来,农村的有组织犯罪仍然时有发生,并且随着社会的发展呈现出了不同于以往的新特征和趋向,这不仅对农村的安定构成威胁,也直接关系到整个社会的和谐发展。因此,分析农村有组织犯罪的原因和特点对研究合理有效的措施预防和治理农村有组织犯罪格外重要。
As an important base for urban development, rural areas have always been an important part of a harmonious society. In recent years, organized crime in rural areas still occurs from time to time. With the development of society, new features and trends have emerged that are different from those in the past. This not only poses a threat to the stability of rural areas, but also directly relates to the harmonious development of the entire society. Therefore, the analysis of the causes and characteristics of organized crime in rural areas is particularly important for the study of reasonable and effective measures to prevent and control rural organized crime.
