油箱的用途主要是贮油和散热。油箱中的油温,一般在35~55℃范围内较合适,最高不应大于60℃,最低不小于15℃。油温过高将使油液迅速变质,油的粘度下降,漏油严重,使油泵容积效率下降,并影响液压机构工作的灵敏性、准确性和稳定性;油温过低将使油液浓度变厚,造成油泵启动吸油困难和滑伐换向不灵敏。从液压传动应用的实际情况来看,油温过高比过低更为明显。因此,本文看重研究油温过高的原因、消除方法及如何计算油箱容量。
