本文研究了电渣重熔37CrNi3MoV 钢在空气炉中加热时的晶粒遗传特征及规律,并对晶粒遗传的切断问题进行了工艺方面的探讨。研究结果表明:该钢在空气炉加热条件下产生严重的晶粒遗传,完全切断晶粒的遗传是比较困难的。研究中提出一些可使粗大晶粒细化的工艺。但是细化了的晶粒中,有的仍保持了遗传特征。
In this paper, the grain genetic characteristics and rules of ESR 37CrNi3MoV steel heated in the air furnace were studied. And the technology of cutting the grain inheritance was discussed. The results showed that the steel produced severe grain inheritance under the condition of air furnace heating, and it was difficult to completely cut off the inheritance of grain. In the study, some processes were proposed to refine coarse grains. However, in the refined grain, some still maintain the genetic characteristics.
