我院儿科近2年应用吗丁啉治疗40例各种不同原因引起的新生儿呕吐,效果满意,现报告如下。 本组日龄<1周12例,～2周16例,～3周8例,～4周4例,原发病有败血症3例,新生儿肺炎3例,早产儿生活能力低下7例,贲门一食管松驰6例,胎粪性便秘5例,幽门痉挛7例;高胆红素血症3例,本组病例均在治疗原发病的同时选用吗丁啉0.3～0.5mg/kg/次,每日3～4次,奶前15～20分钟研碎口服或放乳头上使患儿吸吮。严重者可鼻饲。服药1～3次后呕吐停止或者有明显减轻为有效。有
