大企业的创新创业探索,主要集中在组织架构的颠覆式创新、内部管理机制创新、自建或利用开放式合作平台创新三方面。虽然每种创新类型中均有大企业实现了成功转型,但大企业创新创业仍然面临着体制机制、组织文化、人才和环境等方面的重要制约。建议加强创新创业政策制定与实施的顶层设计,持续营造创新创业大环境,并在相关政策中更加突出创新创业平台的重要作用。
The exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship in large enterprises mainly focuses on three aspects: subversive innovation in organizational structure, innovation in internal management mechanism, self-construction or innovation in open cooperation platform. Although large enterprises in each type of innovation have achieved successful transformation, the innovation and entrepreneurship of large enterprises still face major constraints in institutional mechanisms, organizational culture, personnel and environment. It is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of the formulation and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship policies and continue to create a great environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and give prominence to the important role of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms in relevant policies.
