近年来,开化县财政地税局围绕“生态立县”发展战略,坚持服务于地方经济和社会发展的方针,落实科学发展观,推进各项财税工作不断上台阶。2004年,实现财政总收入18800 万元、地方财政收人12530万元,与2001年相比,年平均分别增长10.91%、10.84%;财政支出达到40399 万元,年平均增长19.05%。财政支出基本满足了全县经济和社会各项事业发展的财力需求,有力地促进了全县经济和社会的稳定发展。
In recent years, Kaihua County Local Taxation Bureau has focused on the development strategy of “establishing a county based on ecology”, adhered to the principle of serving the local economy and social development, implemented the scientific concept of development, and pushed the fiscal and taxation work to a new level. In 2004, the total fiscal revenue was 188 million yuan and the local financial revenue was 125.3 million yuan, an annual increase of 10.91% and 10.84% respectively as compared with 2001; the fiscal expenditure reached 403.99 million yuan, with an average annual increase of 19.05%. The financial expenditures basically met the financial needs of various economic and social undertakings throughout the county and effectively promoted the economic and social stability in the county.
