颈淋巴结核古人称瘰疬(俗称老鼠疮),是一种常见病。笔者自一九五六年以来,采用火针针治颈部淋巴结核90余例,取得了良好效果,现报道如下。临床分型:1.肿结型:淋巴结呈散在性肿大,硬结大如核桃,小如花生米。2.硬结软化型:有化脓趋向或脓肿形成。3.化脓瘘管型:病灶穿破皮肤,形成瘘管或溃疡,排出干酪样物或脓性分泌物。疗效标准:1.痊愈:临床症状消失,肿大的淋巴结经 Cervical lymph node ancients known as 瘰 疬 (commonly known as rat sores), is a common disease.
