从电力企业营销管理的指导思想入手,阐述了从战略角度扩张电力市场,提高营销管理水平的必要性。在新形势下电力营销战略的实施步骤上做了探索与研究,针对目前电力营销战略的实施工作存在的问题提出了若干建议。
Beginning with the guiding ideology of power enterprise marketing management, this article elaborates the necessity of expanding the power market from a strategic point of view and improving the marketing management level. In the new situation, the implementation of the power marketing strategy has been explored and studied. Some suggestions are put forward in light of the existing problems in the implementation of the power marketing strategy.
