On September 3, 1984, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China approved the appointment of Comrade Lin Hanxiong as director of the State Bureau of Building Materials Industry (deputy minister level) and secretary of the party group; and appointed Comrade Duanyun as a consultant to the State Building Materials Industry Bureau.
