近红外透反射光谱法用于复方苦参注射液渗漉过程在线检测

目的利用近红外透反射光谱技术,对复方苦参注射液渗漉液中多组分的量进行快速测定。方法采用氧化槐果碱、氧化苦参碱的HPLC测定值,总糖的苯酚-硫酸法测定值及固体总量的烘烤法测定值为对照值,用偏最小二乘法建立近红外光谱与对照值之间的校正模型,并对未知样品进行定量预测。结果校正模型对氧化槐果碱、氧化苦参碱、总糖和固体总量4种组分的交叉验证均方根误差分别为43.5、135.4、1 255.7 mg/L和150.7 mg/mL,相关系数分别为0.926 6、0.954 6、0.953 9和0.974 1。经外部验证,预测均方根误差分别为32.5、191.7、1 461.9 mg/L和164.0 mg/mL。结论本方法方便、准确、可靠,可用于中药渗漉过程的快速分析。 Objective To determine the amount of multi-component in percolate of Compound Kushen Injection by near-infrared transmission spectroscopy.
