在化学分析中,硫脲首先被Л.А.楚加也夫用作锇的定性试剂;后来它又在定性和定量分析中被用以检验和测定一系列的别种元素(比色及重量分析),但仅在一种情况下被证实可用硫脲以容量方法测定铜。过去,我们曾研究过硫脲络合物的热化学。О.С.弗达洛娃测定了一系列成结晶态析出的镉、铅和铋,与硫脲的络合物的不稳定常数(表1)。知道了硫脲络合物的不稳定常数并根据过去的理论,我们拟定出在容量分析中利用硫脲的方法。

Given the unstable constants of thiourea complexes and based on past theories, we developed a method for using thiourea in capacity analysis.
