目的探讨功能训练结合利他林对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响,并观察利他林对康复训练的疗效的促进作用。方法将160例伴有注意力障碍的脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。观察组采用功能训练结合口服利他林的方法,对照组采用功能训练方法。在治疗前、后分别对两组患者进行注意力障碍和功能独立性评定。结果治疗后,观察组患者注意力障碍的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗前、后功能独立性评定总分均数的差值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论利他林可改善脑卒中患者的注意力障碍;功能训练结合利他林改善注意力可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of functional training combined with Ritalin on stroke patients with hemiplegia and to observe the effect of Ritalin on the therapeutic effect of rehabilitation training. Methods A total of 160 patients with hemiplegia caused by attention deficit were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Observation group using functional training combined with oral ritalin method, the control group using functional training methods. Before and after treatment, two groups of patients were assessed for attention and functional independence. Results After treatment, the improvement of attention deficit in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.01). The difference of total score of functional independence before and after treatment in observation group was significant Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Ritalin can improve the attention deficit in patients with stroke; functional training combined with Ritalin to improve the attention can improve the recovery effect of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
