目的评价某院近5年医疗工作质量,为医院管理决策提供科学依据。方法选择反映工作效率、医疗质量的10项统计指标,应用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果该院工作质量综合评价最佳年度为2008年,2007年次之,工作效率和医疗质量的综合指数自2004年以来逐年上升。结论运用综合评价指标体系,可合理地评价医院医疗工作质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of medical work in a hospital in recent 5 years and provide a scientific basis for hospital management decision-making. Methods Select 10 statistical indicators that reflect the work efficiency and medical quality, and use the principal component analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results The best comprehensive evaluation of the quality of work in this hospital was in 2008 and then in 2007, and the comprehensive index of work efficiency and medical quality has been increasing year by year since 2004. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system can reasonably evaluate the quality of hospital medical work.
