为了解决全尾砂似膏体管道输送的水力计算问题,利用Bingham流变模型分析全尾砂似膏体管道输送过程的流变特性,通过FLUENT流体分析软件三维模拟浆体管输过程,得到不同质量分数下浆体的流变参数,并采用MATLAB软件回归得到流变参数与浆体质量分数的关系式,进而推出基于管道内径、平均流速和浆体质量分数的全尾砂似膏体水力坡度计算新模型.结果表明:水力坡度与管道内径成反比,与充填料浆的平均流速成正比,且在管径和流速可调的前提下,水力坡度的大小取决于似膏体的流变参数.环管实验表明新模型的平均误差在6%左右.
In order to solve the hydraulic calculation problem of the whole tailings-like paste pipeline transportation, the Bingham rheological model was used to analyze the rheological characteristics of the whole tailings-like paste pipeline transportation process.
