1989年,大中型企业面临资金拮据、原料不足、能源短缺、交通不畅等因素的重重困扰。走出困境,已成为全社会关注的重大课题。9月17日至9月21日,中国工业经济协会在吕东会长主持下,召开东北地区部分大型企业座谈会。与会代表认为,内外配合,全力以赴,是大中型企业走出困境的有效选择。
In 1989, large and medium-sized enterprises faced difficulties such as financial constraints, insufficient raw materials, energy shortages, and poor transport. Getting out of the predicament has become a major issue of concern to the entire society. From September 17 to September 21, the China Industrial Economics Association held a symposium on large-scale enterprises in Northeast China under the chairmanship of Chairman Lu Dong. Delegates believe that cooperation with both domestic and foreign partners is the best choice for large and medium-sized enterprises to get out of trouble.
